stayandscout.com is operated by VDGT, LLC, a Wyoming limited liability company, under the name Stay & Scout. By using this site you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use it.

The offer

Stay & Scout places guests in resort rooms that would otherwise sit empty. Every stay requires you to attend one timeshare sales presentation of about 120 minutes during your stay. You are not required to buy a timeshare or anything else.

Eligibility

The resort developer sets who can attend the presentation, and Stay & Scout has no discretion over those conditions. They are shown in our questionnaire before you pay, and the resort confirms them at check in.

Price, dates and package terms

The total charge is shown as one amount before you pay. Flights and anything you spend at the resort are not included. Packages are open dated: your travel dates are arranged with our fulfillment partner after purchase and are subject to availability. The full terms of your package, including cancellation and refund terms, are provided before you pay.

Fulfillment and support

Your accommodation, reservations and customer support are fulfilled by Monster Reservations Group (MRG). For anything before or after your stay, contact us at hello@stayandscout.com or 866-482-5147. For a problem during your stay, raise it with the resort directly so it can be resolved on the spot.

Communications

We may rely on instructions, consents and other communications sent to us through this site that appear to come from you, in the form we receive them.

Age

You must be at least 18 years old to use this site.
